Terms of Use
Effective date: January 15, 2025.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these terms and confirm that you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Course descriptions and access
Course pages describe format, duration, materials, and price as accurately as reasonably possible. Access instructions, where applicable, are provided after a completed purchase through the available service process.
3. Payments and cancellations
Displayed prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Any cancellation or refund terms presented at purchase apply to that transaction. The browser cart is a planning tool and does not itself process payment.
4. Intellectual property
Course text, exercises, recordings, branding, and site design belong to Petalwake Drawing Atelier or its licensors. You may use purchased lessons for personal learning and may not reproduce, resell, publicly redistribute, or upload them without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the service to harass others.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Drawing outcomes vary with practice, materials, and personal circumstances; course guidance is educational and makes no guaranteed result.
7. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We may suspend access for misuse or legal reasons.
